peeling underneath with no show of priming. I use various sherwin -williams blocking and bonding primers. Oil primer is a great base if there is sufficient breathing time to let it react and release. Also, you can't paint new wood in any situation, particularly yellow pine.
When you get different estimates, note the facts- compare your contractors suggestions.
If you don't watch what products they purchase and apply, you are not being attentive or watchful over your investment.
